TheKey is actively hiring caregivers to support clients in Ridgefield, New Fairfield, Bethel and surrounding areas. You will provide essential in-home care and companionship to aging adults, helping with daily activities and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
