Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Chicago Ridge is seeking compassionate, skilled Caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care and support with everyday tasks in a home setting.

We offer 2-hour shifts five days a week, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and caregiver appreciation with referral rewards. You’ll join a friendly team with 24/7 office support and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention.
• Meal prep & light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship & safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
