Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Naperville, IL is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers and CNAs for a part-time role with a 3-hour weekly shift (9am–12pm). The day is flexible and weekends are not required. You will support clients at home, helping with daily activities and safety within a trusted team.

This position emphasizes patient well-being, reliability, and the chance to grow through ongoing training and career development with supportive office staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred and comfortable with apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention.
• Meal prep & light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship & safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
