Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring caregivers to support seniors and adults at home. Flexible full-time and part-time roles include CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs with training and continuous career development.

Weekend availability is required. Weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, and a 24/7 support team are offered, along with PPE and one-on-one client care responsibilities across various locations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or related caregiving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation and valid Arizona driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Companion care and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care; fall prevention and safety monitoring
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communication with family members and care team
• Accurate documentation of client care
