Job summary

Amada Senior Care Southwest Washington is seeking compassionate CNAs and HCAs to care for a client in Lacey, WA. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and instrumental tasks, following each client’s care plan, and ensuring reliable, respectful service.

Positions feature flexible shift options with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and CEU training assistance. Applicants must hold an active CNA or HCA license, have a valid driver's license, and possess dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active State License: CNA or HCA required
• Nurse Delegation: highly preferred but not required
• Caregiver with at least one (1) year of caregiver experience, highly preferred
• Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics
• Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check, as required per Washington state law
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors
• Must be reliable and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living)
• Bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, feeding
• Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)
• Shopping, housekeeping, medication management, meal preparation
• Following each client's Care Plan
