Qualifications

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including ambulation, dressing, personal care, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility around the house or to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be a pleasant, supportive companion.
• Report unusual incidents to the office promptly.
