Job summary

Village Caregiving - Green Bay is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team in Brandenburg, KY. You will provide personalized support to clients, including hygiene assistance, meal prep, mobility help, and supervision.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with availability for nights and weekends. Prior healthcare or in-home care experience is preferred, with valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and willingness to learn new skills.
• Able to provide personal hygiene assistance and mobility support.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Has at least 1 year in healthcare, home care, or related field.
• Experience as caregiver/CNA/HHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and basic daily care.
• Assist with medication reminders and ambulation.
• Support mobility around home and appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises when prescribed.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients for errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report incidents promptly and act in emergencies.
• Assist with daily living activities and feeding as needed.
