Cascade Living Group’s Regency Park Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with life skills, and support personal care plans tailored to each individual.

We offer both full‑ and part‑time roles with weekend shifts. Competitive wages ($19.00–$21.00/hour) and benefits, including health insurance for eligible employees, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company.
