Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Sunnyvale. The role includes hands-on care, daily living assistance, and a focus on hospitality.

The position supports part-time Thursday/Friday and full-time Monday-Thursday shifts. CNA not required but is welcomed. A reliable, empathetic team player is essential to thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
• Post-offer screenings may include background, drug, medicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to seniors in our community.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
