Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Sparks, NV is seeking a full-time Caregiver to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes assisting with daily living activities while helping maintain residents' dignity and comfort.

You will work with a caring team in a community-focused setting, with a schedule to be discussed at interview and a pay range of $18.11 to $19.95 per hour. This position offers benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for professional development within a culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Previous experience in health-care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining privacy, respect and dignity.
• Ensure residents physical comfort, safety and well-being.
• Assist in daily care tasks (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility).
• Attend monthly in-service trainings and other meetings.
• Uphold core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
