Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass caregiver background check per Wisconsin requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Support residents with meal preparation, dining, and hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to supervisory staff.
• Administer medications and delegated health-related services per RN oversight.
• Complete documentation and daily care records accurately.
• Foster relationships and promote socialization and emotional well-being.
• Adhere to infection control and confidentiality protocols.
