Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and daily living activities while promoting dignity and safety.

The position offers competitive pay ($15.25–$17.75 per hour), a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days, daily pay options, flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments when applicable.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
