Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities seeks a compassionate Care Partner/Med Tech to assist residents in a supportive, safety-conscious environment. You will help with daily living activities, monitor health cues, coordinate with health staff, and promote dignity and engagement.

High school diploma preferred; CPR/First Aid certification desirable; a valid driver’s license may be required. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available to fit staff needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA cert desirable.
• CPR and First Aid as required by state guidelines.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled residents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and weighs residents on a regular basis.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Documents changes and coordinates doctor appointments.
• Maintains resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicates with families and health staff regarding concerns.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and ensures a safe environment.
