Job summary

Inspīr Senior Living in New York, NY is seeking a Care Partner (HHA/CNA) for part-time weekend shifts (Sun/Mon, 3p-11p). You will support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and accompany to appointments as needed.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding resident care, collaborating with the Integrated Care Team, and maintaining accurate care logs and records. A NY HHA certification and high school diploma are required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Department of Health approved HHA certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding resident care and service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Collaborates with Integrated Care Team to ensure quality resident care.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Assists with continence management and instrumental activities of daily living (meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, etc.).
• Maintains accurate records and care logs in a timely manner.
• Follows safety protocols and assists with medication self-administration and transportation when needed.
