Maplewood Senior Living in New York, NY is seeking a Part Time Care Partner (HHA/CNA) for Sundays and Mondays, 7a-3p. Salary is $22.00-$24.00 per hour.

The role involves direct resident care, daily living assistance, and collaboration with an Integrated Care Team to deliver compassionate service. Qualifications include NY State-approved Home Health Aide Certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certification approved by NY State Dept. of Health.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service to residents, family members and visitors.
• Collaborates with Integrated Care Team to ensure excellence in resident care.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Assists with continence management.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, calls).
• Assists residents with medication self-administration and needs; supports attendance at medical appointments.
