Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being. Your work promotes independence, privacy, and dignity in a supportive team environment.

You will help residents engage in life enrichment programs, support families and colleagues, and maintain a respectful, caring atmosphere for our residents across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) while following safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
