Oaks Senior Living in Cleveland, GA is seeking a carepartner to provide person-centered care and support to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote well-being, and follow federal, state, and local regulations along with Oaks policies.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, maintaining clean living spaces, protecting resident confidentiality, and communicating changes to supervisors. Requires 18+ years, background check, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care giving to older adults preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults, friendly and caring.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Must have physical exam by a licensed physician and a negative drug screen.
• Must understand risk of exposure to infectious waste and chemicals.
• Must be able to react in an emergency situation.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and assistance to residents in line with the facility philosophy.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to preferences.
• Protect confidentiality of personal and medical information.
• Maintain safety and report changes to supervisors and directors.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and assist with meals and dining routines.
• Help keep rooms and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Establish good relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in events, activities, and marketing programs.
