Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support meal and grooming tasks on a flexible on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, showering, and meal support.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
