Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as directed by care plans
• Ensure resident safety by identifying risks and preventing accidents
• Welcome new residents and help them adjust to routines
• Advocate for residents’ physical, emotional, and mental needs
• Support teammates and exceed assigned duties when needed
