Qualifications

• Must possess at least an 8th grade education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or have a work permit.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Must understand English.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow work/cleaning schedules as directed.
• Coordinate housekeeping with nursing services during routine cleaning.
• Attend departmental staff meetings and participate in training as scheduled.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident areas and equipment.
• Dispose of waste daily and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
