Healthcare Services Group, Inc is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes resident comfort and infection control, with training and advancement opportunities within a supportive team.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior housekeeping experience is welcomed but not required; residency within the service area is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
