Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring comfortable living spaces for residents and supporting staff with daily cleaning tasks.

The role involves following infection control procedures, interacting positively with residents and staff, and complying with health policies. This position is located in Council Grove, KS and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
