Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, interact with residents, and support overall facility operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and compliance with vaccination policies. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for training and career

• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
