Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home are seeking Care Attendants to support residents in the St. Charles area. You will assist with activities of daily living, dining services, and light housekeeping while delivering compassionate care in a faith-based community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and CPR certification. Reliable transportation is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English).
• Genuine compassion and patience for senior adults.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and in dining services.
• Support residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Aid with laundry, bed making, and light housekeeping.
• Provide supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
