Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant at Rochester Care Home to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, and work in a team to deliver person-centred care.

We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, refer-a-friend bonuses up to £1,000, and benefits including pensions and on-demand pay. Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK; 36 hours per week, 8am–8pm, with alternating weekends.
