Job summary

Sr Companies is seeking a Resident Services Aide to enhance the SRIM experience for residents and families in Macon, GA. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, and support dining and housekeeping in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Responsibilities include helping residents with ADLs, engaging in activities, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team to deliver quality care while complying with policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect in interactions with residents and families.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Experience in assisting with daily living activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
• Serve and assist residents in dining room at meals daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and communicate effectively.
• Mentor new employees and participate in trainings as needed.
• Support training of new staff and assist in team projects.
