Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping others; experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to safely transport clients for errands and activities.
• Adaptable and proactive in varied care scenarios.
• Good judgment and professionalism when working with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable care to seniors and adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and support healthy routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Provide medication reminders and document daily care notes.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Follow individualized Care Plans accurately and respectfully.
