Job summary

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support clients in their homes across the KC Metro and rural areas. The role involves personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation with attention to care plans.

Candidates with caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license will fit well. The position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or life with caregiving professionally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
