Spring Home at Galloway in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide/CNA to support residents in daily activities and comfort. You will assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, while upholding dignity and safety as part of a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities include resident engagement, prompt response to calls, creating a clean living environment, and collaborating with nursing staff to enhance quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction.
• Assist residents with non-medical needs, such as making beds, tidying rooms, delivering linens.
• Serve meals, assist with food and drink, and ensure residents are comfortable during mealtimes.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and notify clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized rooms and common areas; deliver linens and supplies as needed.
• Support activities department and help residents participate in events and programs.
