Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer client medications and document accordingly.
• Transport clients to and from appointments and activities.
• Maintain knowledge of house and client activities.
• Ensure passenger safety and compliance during transport.
• Plan tasks to align with programming requirements.
• Document client information and update logs and spreadsheets.
• Assist in intake, orientation, and provide positive role modeling.
