Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries' Concordia at Cabot is seeking a licensed, compassionate beautician to provide services in our on-site beauty shop for our senior care residents.

This part-time, in-person role offers a steady client base and commission-based pay; schedule 2–3 days per week, 16–24 hours, with no Sundays. You’ll perform shampooing, cuts, styling, coloring; maintain sanitation; assist with appointments and payments.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania cosmetology license
• Excellent cosmetology skills
• Friendly, patient, compassionate approach to serving older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide shampooing, sets, cuts, styling, blow-drying, tints, toning, coloring, and perms.
• Follow sanitation and infection control requirements, keeping tools and equipment clean and ready for use.
• Assist residents with scheduling appointments and processing payments.
• Record all services and charges promptly and accurately.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience with friendly, attentive service.
