United Methodist Communities is seeking an Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton, NJ. Earn $21.50 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience, with full-time or part-time options and shift differentials (Evenings $2.00/hr, Overnights $2.00/hr, Weekends $1.50/hr).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required).
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow resident care plans and complete documentation to support continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members.
