dakotAMSS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support assisted living residents with daily personal care, meals, and light housekeeping. Training is provided on-site, and teamwork is essential to deliver dignified, safe, and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable working as part of a care team to help residents maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Nurse Aide License via the ND Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and pushing/pulling.
• Self-motivated and able to pay attention to details.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Maintains a clean criminal background as required by policy.
• Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal cares such as dressing, showering, and daily living activities.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services as needed.
• Serve snacks and meals and support resident independence and dignity.
