Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Ambulatory Care in New York. You will work under the supervision of RNs, PAs, and physicians, delivering direct patient care and coordinating services in a clinical setting.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, adherence to standards, and continuous learning. A current NYS LPN license and BLS are required, with the option for home visits as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• Current NYS LPN License and registration required
• BLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
• Collect and record relevant patient health data accurately.
• Evaluate health data to identify patient problems.
• Adhere to approved, research-based practice standards.
• Perform and document Point of Care testing and quality control
