Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in psychology or human services. This full-time role will be based at the Caron Wernersville Campus and includes a starting pay of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in consultative sales or customer service.
• Ability to obtain PCB certification within 2 years of employment.
• If in recovery, 2 years of continuous sobriety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential patients and families through treatment options.
• Conduct financial conversations and secure payments.
• Manage case documentation and maintain communication with stakeholders.
