Preferred candidates have a high school diploma with recreation coursework and experience leading activities. Training courses are a plus, and a commitment to teamwork and compassionate care is essential.

• State approved activity-training course preferred but not required.
• Experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, or community outings is preferred.
