Job summary

Diamond Behavior LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Gastonia team. You will provide individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support clients in communication, social skills, and independence. Training, supervision, and potential advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required for applicants seeking the RBT position.
• Willingness to complete training and certification if not already certified.
• Experience with children or autism and related settings preferred.
• Strong communication, data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in various settings (home, school, clinic).
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill data during sessions.
• Use DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement as trained.
• Support reduction of challenging behaviors through interventions.
• Assist clients with communication, social, daily living, and independence goals.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBA regularly.
