Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to state policy.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
• Support residents while promoting safety and comfort during care tasks.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and staff and report concerns promptly.
