Korn Ferry's Compass Rotational Consulting Program is designed for Big 4 and public accounting professionals who want to broaden their experience across controllership, technical accounting, corporate finance, and financial reporting.

In this 2-3 year program, you'll work on high-impact projects across publicly traded, private, PE-backed, VC-backed, and founder-led organizations, building skills beyond audit or tax and accelerating your career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist across controllership, SEC/regulatory and management reporting tasks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Contribute to ERP implementation projects and treasury-related work.
• Engage in acquisition integration and business systems analysis.
