Job Summary

Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Dry Van OTR. Gross weekly pay: $1,600 - $2,350. CPM: $0.60 - $0.65. Average miles per week: 2,500 - 3,500. Sign-on bonus: $250. No driver load/unload. Uniforms required. Home time: 2-3 days out, with options for longer stays. Get 2 days home time for every 7 days worked, typically home every weekend.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo for safety, legality, and security.
• Submit customer paperwork, including invoices, load orders, and reports.
• Maintain a driver's log per DOT regulations.
• Stack, sort, load, and unload cargo, operating cargo handling equipment.
• Interact with customers and maintain good relations.
• Be available to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Orientation Details

• Paid orientation, not covering accommodation or travel expenses.
• Drivers provide their own room; breakfast included.
• Orientation partly or fully online.

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license without restrictions.
• At least 2 years OTR experience.
