CDL Class A Dry Van lanes are available from the Chicago market for serious candidates. 53' van trailers available for rent (2017 or newer), but owned trailers are welcome as long as they pass our inspection. Job Summary

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Dry Van OTR
• Gross weekly pay: $1,600 - $2,350
• CPM: $0.60 - $0.65
• Average miles per week: 2,500 - 3,500
• Sign-on bonus: $250
• Type: Dedicated, Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload
• Uniforms required
• Home Time: 2-3 days out, with options to stay longer; home every weekend

Core Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo for safety and legality
• Submit customer paperwork and deposits
• Maintain driver's log per DOT regulations
• Stack and sort cargo
• Load and unload cargo using equipment
• Interact with customers and maintain good relations
• Be available to meet pickup and delivery schedules
• Keep work area clean and safe
