About the Company: I am looking for traditional owner-operators. CDL Class A Dry van lanes are available from the Chicago market for serious candidates. 53' van trailers available for rent (2017 or newer), but owned trailers are welcome as long as they pass our inspection. Job Summary

Contract Driver (1099, Solo), Dry Van, OTR, $1,600 - $2,350 gross weekly pay, $0.60 - $0.65 CPM, 2,500 - 3,500 miles/week, $250 sign-on bonus. Dedicated, Line Haul. No Driver Load/Unload. Uniforms required. Home Time: 2-3 days out, with options to stay longer. Get 2 days of home time for every 7 days worked, typically home every weekend.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo for safety, legality, and security.
• Submit customer paperwork including invoices, load orders, and reports.
• Maintain a driver's log per DOT regulations.
• Stack, sort, load, and unload cargo, operating cargo handling equipment.
• Interact with customers and maintain good relations.
• Be available to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Orientation Details

• Paid orientation, but does not cover accommodation or travel expenses.
• Drivers need their own room; breakfast included.
• Orientation partly or fully online.

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license without restrictions.
• At least 2 years of OTR experience.
