Job Summary

Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Dry Van OTR with an average gross weekly pay of $1,600 - $2,350, earning $0.60 - $0.65 CPM, and covering 2,500 - 3,500 miles per week. Benefits include a $250 sign-on bonus, home time on request with 2-3 days out, and no forced dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo for safety, legality, and security.
• Submitting customer paperwork, invoices, load orders, and reports.
• Maintaining driver’s log per DOT regulations.
• Loading, unloading, and cargo handling.
• Customer interactions and relationship management.
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Orientation Details

• Paid orientation provided.
• Accommodation not covered; drivers need their own room.
