Job Summary

Contract Driver (1099, Solo) - Dry Van OTR

• Gross weekly pay: $1,600 - $2,350
• CPM: $0.60 - $0.65
• Average miles per week: 2,500 - 3,500
• Sign-on bonus: $250
• Home time: 2-3 days out, with options to stay longer; home every weekend
• Type: Dedicated, Line Haul; No Driver Load/Unload

Responsibilities

1. Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo for safety, legality, and security.
2. Submit customer paperwork, including invoices and load orders.
3. Maintain a driver's log per DOT regulations.
4. Handle cargo, including stacking, sorting, loading, and unloading.
5. Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
6. Be available to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Orientation & Hiring Requirements

• Paid orientation, partly online; does not cover accommodation or travel expenses.
• Class A license without restrictions.
• At least 2 years of OTR experience.
