Qualifying drivers must be 25+, have a California license, pass background check and drug screen, and fluent English. Alto covers fuel, maintenance, and insurance—no out-of-pocket vehicle costs—so you can focus on delivering great rides.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.
• Get paid by the hour with weekly bonuses and the option for On-Demand Pay.
