Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco for immediate starts. As a W-2 employee, you’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits, with weekly pay and a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts.

We cover vehicle costs including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, offering safety features and 24/7 support. Flexible schedules and opportunities to work up to 40 hrs/week are available.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Receive weekly pay via direct deposit and opt for On-Demand Pay.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
• Adhere to Alto safety features and use company-provided devices for app-based driving.
