Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco as W-2 employees. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV, complete Uber trips, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips. Alto covers vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, and insurance, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises after a month, weekly bonuses, and a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. You can get paid weekly or daily with On-Demand Pay. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.
