We are seeking a reliable Company DSD Route Delivery Driver to assist with all transport-related duties. Responsibilities include dropping and picking up products (tortillas) at grocery stores based on a route schedule, maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel time, and locations, and performing routine vehicle checks (daily vehicle inspection).

The ideal candidate will ensure all transportation duties are completed promptly and provide detail-oriented service to stores to meet delivery expectations. A top-performing driver will verify addresses and transportation details before each pick-up or drop-off.

Experience Needed:

• Handheld and printer experience for creating invoices and credits.
• Knowledge of DSD (Direct Store Delivery) to grocery stores, including chains and independents.
• Ability to load (from warehouse) and unload delivery vehicles (to accounts).

Company Driver Responsibilities:

• Create accurate orders to satisfy the service needs of Ole branded products.
• Safely transport company products (tortillas) and materials (cardboard displays) to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Assist with loading and offloading of products and materials.
• Adjust routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly report any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked legally to prevent towing.
• Maintain the vehicle by performing regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage times.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes.
• Ability to use maps, GPS, and vehicle manuals.
• Punctuality and reliability.
