New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025):

Driver Referral Pay

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
