Driver Referral Pay:

• $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown:
  • $1,000 on first load
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,500 after 120 days
  • $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• $10,000 total, paid in the first 180 days
• Weekly breakdown:
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,200
  • 120 Days: $2,300
  • 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
